Please use one or more of the following options to manage your disk space on UnivMail. Option 1 Open Outlook, select the message or messages no longer required, and press the delete key. Select Edit in the Menu bar and click on Purge Deleted Messages.
Alternatively, select the message or messages and click on the Select Edit in the Menu bar and click on Purge Deleted Messages.
Option 2 Open Outlook and open the message with an attachment or attachments no longer required. Select the attachment and right click. Select Save As if you wish to save the attachment to your local computer. Select Remove to delete the attachment.

Option 3 By default Outlook creates a local Sent Items folder under Personal Folders. You may store messages from UnivMail’s Sent folder in the local Sent Items folder.
Open Outlook, select the messages in the UnivMail Sent folder, and right click. Select “Move to Folder” from the menu. Select the Sent Items folder under Personal Folders and click on OK.
Select Edit in the Menu bar and click on Purge Deleted Messages. Option 4 Open Outlook and remove the rule you created to store your sent messages on UnivMail. Click Tools on the Menu Bar and select Options.
Check Save copies of messages in Sent Items folder. Click on Ok Click on Ok
Option 5 Open Outlook, select the folder you want to move to your local computer and right click. Select Move “Folder Name”
Select Personal Folder and click on OK.
Option 6 Open Outlook, select the messages you want to move to your local computer and right click. Select Move to Folder
Under Personal Folders, select the folder to store the messages and click on OK. Select Edit in the Menu bar and click on Purge Deleted Messages.
