Moving emails from the Univmail Server to Local Folders

1. Create a folder under Local folders in Netscape:

Right click on Local Folders (or Local Mail depending on the Netscape Version) and click on New Folder

Name it whatever you want; e.g. old mail or backup and click on OK

The folder will be created and will show under Local folders:

2. Click on the folder from which you want to move the emails; for e.g. if you want to move emails from your Inbox, select the emails by holding the CTRL KEY (control) and clicking on the individual emails required to be copied.

3. Right click on the selected emails and select Move To, under Local Folders (or Local Mail) select the folder you want to move these emails to. (In this example, old mail folder will be selected).

The emails will now appear in the new folder where they have been moved to. (old mail folder in this case).
