Service_desk

The Technology Service Desk's services are available to McMaster University faculty, staff, students, Alumni and retirees. Staff are available to answer short questions by phone, email or in person. For customer calls that are lengthy or require specialized assistance, the call will be referred to the appropriate UTS staff.
