Archiving Data

HOW TO CREATE AN ARCHIVE FOR YOUR CALENDAR v10.1.2.0.x

Offline backups of your calendar data are over written every time Corporate Calendar is shut down. You may wish to create a more permanent archive of your old calendar data for reference in the future.

  1. Logon to Oracle Calendar Desktop Client.

  4. A dialog box named " Export iCalendar File" will appear. Select the types of meetings you wish to export as well as the date range that will be exported. Ensure that all Designators/Resources that you want included have been listed and that the file name of the Archive is meaningful e.g. calendarbackupyear.ics

If you have a particularly busy calendar, you may wish to export data by several months.

    Click on OK.
