No meetings shall be booked more than one academic year in advance. Bookings for the next academic year will be accepted in July, after the University Secretariat and Senior Management meeting schedules are set for the academic year.
To book the Council Room (Gilmour Hall 111) contact the University Secretariat.
When sending a booking request, please include the following information:
- Contact name and department
- Requested date and time. Please ensure that you have included any setup or clean up time within the parameters of your booking as others may directly precede or follow your own.
- A brief description of the event. Please check the usage tab for room restrictions and the food tab for food restrictions.
Please note that receptions that include sit-down meals and buffets are strictly prohibited.
