The University Club, and the campus of McMaster University, offers one of the most picturesque and historically charming locations for weddings, anniversary parties, birthdays, retirement celebrations, conferences, seminars, or all-day meetings in the region.

The Club’s catering and events team offer full service planning to ensure the success of your event.  From small informal events to full scale dining events, our team is committed to providing the perfect setup, service, and quality that has become the hallmark of events hosted at the University Club.  Beginning at the reservation and pre-event planning stage, you will be guided through a process of event planning that will capture every detail of your event in a relaxed, comfortable, and personal manner.  The event itself will be efficiently executed, memorable for your guests, and rewarding for the convener.

Non-Members Reserving the Club

Non-members can reserve the Club for private events by securing a Sponsor. The event Sponsor must be a current Club Member in good standing. Alternatively, non-members can apply for Club membership: faculty member, alumna(us), or staff member of the University.
