process in order to transform itself from a granting council to
a knowledge council.

Open Sessions Scheduled to Discuss Volume

The Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council has concluded
its national consultations on transforming itself from a granting
council to a knowledge council and has published a document on the
discussions:
Volume 3: Report on the Consultations.
As part of McMaster’s commitment to the SSHRC process, we
will hold two open sessions on campus to discuss the consultation
results. The sessions will be led by McMaster’s SSHRC Representative
Dr. Geoffrey Rockwell (School of the Arts) along with Dean of Humanities
Dr. Nasrin Rahimieh and Dean of Social Sciences Dr. Susan Elliott..
