Please Note: The cost to register for this 2-day Forum is CAN$250.00. The Forum fee includes: access to all sessions; breakfast, lunch, reception and dinner (September 12); breakfast and lunch (September 13) plus conference proceedings.

Refund Policy: Refunds will not be issued for registrations that are cancelled less than 72hrs prior to the event.

All refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee except for cancelled or postponed events.
