<Registration Form> There will be a $35.00 fee (inclusive of GST) per person for this event. Please register before Oct. 1, 2004.

Keynote address will be made by Mr. Ken Anderson, the Assistant Privacy Commissioner of Ontario on the introduction of Bill 31, the new Health Information Protection Act, which will come into effect on November 1, 2004. Mr. Anderson will discuss how the introduction of this act will affect research and the consent process in Ontario.
