Confidentiality Script for Participants at the Beginning of a Workshop

Confidentiality:

Anything that you say or do in the study will not be attributed to you personally, however it will be attributable to this group. Anything that we find out about you that could identify you will not be published or told to anyone else, unless we get your permission. Your privacy will be respected. We will ask the other members of the workshop and focus groups to keep what you say confidential, but cannot guarantee they will do so.

The information obtained will be kept in a locked filing cabinet and be only available to the investigators. The information (raw data) will be destroyed after the report is completed in March 2005.
