Salaries and Promotion:  Most promotions will come into effect on the July 1 of a year, the same date when salary increases usually take place. You will receive the negotiated ATB and CP/M increases based on your June 30 salary in that year. If you have been promoted and those increases do not raise your July 1 salary to the floor of the rank to which you have been promoted, then your salary will be adjusted to meet the appropriate floor.
