The Mosaic team frequently speaks to groups across campus about the project and the way that it will affect McMaster as a whole and individual departments. Here are a few of the larger events project representatives will speak at in the near future. If you’d like to have a project member talk about Mosaic with your team, send us an email.

Finance and Research Finance in Mosaic: a Detailed Review

  • August 14 or August 21, 12:30 p.m. - 4 p.m. CIBC Hall
  • These half-day sessions are recommended for managers who oversee staff who work with financial systems. These sessions will focus on the new financial systems that will be introduced in December 2013.
  • A detailed, process by process examination of the changes that will come to McMaster’s finance and research finance systems this December. The session presentation is also available.

Finance and Research Finance in Mosaic: a Detailed Review (FHS edition)

    • August 19, noon - 4 p.m. 2232 MDCL
    • This session is recommended for FHS managers and supervisors who oversee staff who work with financial systems. This session is largely the same as the August 14 and August 21 events but is modified to reflect some issues specific to FHS. It will focus on the new financial systems that will be introduced in December 2013.
    • A detailed, process by process examination of the changes that will come to McMaster’s finance and research finance systems this December.
