The actual financial results for 2013 will be provided at the special general meeting on October 2nd. The 2014 annual budget is currently in development and will be posted once the Board has greater clarity on the resumption of membership fee collection.

Special General Meeting

Annual General Meeting
Tentatively scheduled for February 2014. Notice will be posted in Decemberr with an agenda and materials available for download shortly thereafter.
Board of Directors Meetings
The board meets approximately every two weeks during the school year. Due to our preparations for the special general meeting, we have been calling board meetings with very short notice. After the SGM, we plan to have a regular posted meeting schedule. In the meantime, if you would like to know when the next board meeting is, please contact Kyle Johansen, Executive Director (A) at johanskt@mcmaster.ca
