Notices of MAPS Meetings

 

Special General Meeting  

    October 22, 2013 at 5:30pm

    Connections Centre (room L113) Mills Library.

        You can view the notice of meeting here. The final agenda package and all background materials will be available for download on October 8th.

Annual General Meeting

    Tentatively scheduled for February 2014. Notice will be posted in Decemberr with an agenda and materials available for download shortly thereafter.

     

Board of Directors Meetings

The board meets approximately every two weeks during the school year. Due to our preparations for the special general meeting, we have been calling board meetings with very short notice. After the SGM, we plan to have a regular posted meeting schedule. In the meantime, if you would like to know when the next board meeting is, please contact Kyle Johansen, Executive Director (A) at johanskt@mcmaster.ca

 

Election of Board Directors

3 interim positions are being filled until the Annual General Meeting in February. You can view the call for nominations here. You can download the nomination form here. Nominations close at 2pm on October 6th, 2013.

    If you are intersted in getting involved in MAPS, please come by the Lounge at MUSC 234 and speak with one of our staff. We can let give you the latest information on what we are doing and where we could use a hand.
