The Facilities Chair addresses any complaints from students regarding the Facilities in their buildings. The general procedure for having things fixed is to complete a work order form and submit it to the West or North Quad Service Desks. ! The issues which are discussed at this meeting include priority lists (what gets fixed first?), aesthetics policies, and many initiatives such as, the Key Watchers system, or obtaining new vacuum cleaners to be used by residence students. Can you think of anything else you would like to have addressed?


 

The Facilities Chair also meets with the Facilities Specialists at the Facilities Consultation Committee (FCC) meetings; here, the concerns of students will be brought up to ensure that the opinions of residence students brought up at F.E.S.T. are brought to the attention of those who facilitate such change to happen.
