Office of Enterprise Risk Management

McMaster's Enterprise Risk Program has adopted a framwork based on the ISO 31000:2009 guideline. Our approach is unique as it integrates the University's culture, organizational structure and processes. It assists in supporting and informing the University's approaches to strategic planning, operational decision-making, mitigation and monitoring. Using our
"Top-down approach", the program's primary goal is to facilitate and manage program processes and activities in collaboration with stakeholders.
