Dr. Unmack: Fascinating results. Hope you are having fun at the meeting. What is the half life of an isoprostane in an aqueous solution and in vivo? Also what are the off rates for their binding to their targets?As you indicate that the role of these compounds is unknown - I am trying to figure out whether the role is more like a short term effector or a long term one?
