I would like to congratulate you on your excellent work.  To the best of my knowledge, this is the first time to show the differential vascular effects of ginseng extracts obtained from different ginseng products, which appears to be consistent with the yin-yang principle of the traditional Chinese medicine. Your work also suggest that the differential vascular effects may be due to the different gensenoside compositions in these products, which may point the direction of further study in this area.  I am particularly interested in the selective inhibition by PNS and G-115 on PE-induced vascular contraction and the lack of its effect on KCl-induced contraction, suggesting that a unique action on the putative ROCCs in VSMC. Is there any information on the effects of PNS or G-115 on binding affinity of adrenoceptors in VSMC?
