We used RU 486, which like most P antagonists also binds to glucocorticoid receptors. We also used ZK 98299, which has the same problem.

The question of whether Fos (or any other immediate early protein) expression is necessary for sexual behavior is an important one that we have started working on, but do not yet have a definitive answer.
