Dear Bob and colleagues:

Do you think that the clinical and biological (especially "anti-inflammatory") effects of E25 are ALL a direct result of binding of IgE?

Since you presented group data for the clinical studies in asthma, I was wondering if there were particularly vulnerable, or resistant, subgroups to the effects of E25? And what is the explanation for the 25-28% improvement on placebo in the two asthma studies?
