Dr. Filosa: Great presentation. Hope you have fun at the meeting.Skin metastases in patients with metastatic cancer have an overall incidence varying from of 0.7 to10%. They can occur as a first sign of the disease in 34% and 6% of the cases in man and woman respectively. Yet in your discussion you relate this to breast cancer. Am I to understand that this is a major problem in men but only a rare coincidence in this case that it was related to breast cancer as breast cancer?
