We reported acute renal failure in PV patient due to renal artery occlusion. In our case PTA could manage it successfully and dramatically. Although cases of erythrocytosis with concomitant glomerulonephritis has been well known,³⁾ we must consider the possibility of thrombosis or artery occlusion as the cause of the acute renal failure in such patients.
