Personal Dosimetry Report
Personal dosimetry reports can now be accessed at any time by registering your badge number on the Global Dosimetry Solutions website.
To retrieve your "My Dose Review" page, go to http://www.dosimetry.com/myaccount/register.html
Under the "New User Registration" heading, in the "Email Address" field, enter your email address.
In the "Unique Badge ID" field, enter the ten-digit number directly below the barcode on your TLD, as shown below (15XXXXXXXX, or 16XXXXXXXX).
Read the terms and conditions, and accept them to continue.
A password will be emailed to the account entered. Retrieve the password.
To login, under the "User Login" header, type your email address in the "Username" field and the password that was emailed to you in the "Password Field".
Upon successful login, you will be redirected to the "My Dose Review" page. From here you can review your personal dose history.
