Appointment Booking

To avoid lengthy waits, Campus Health Centre operates on an appointment booking system rather than a walk-in clinic. Call ext. 27700 to book an appointment or drop by to book your appointment if you are in the area.  
In order to process your request for an appointment, you must have your health card and student card at the time of booking.

The receptionist will ask you the nature of your visit to ensure that adequate time is reserved for you.  You should request to see the same physician at each visit.

Remember to arrive early and bring your student card and Provincial Health Insurance card or UHIP card for each visit.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that appointment times can be in great demand and failure to show for an appointment or provide 12 business hours notice to cancel or change an appointment will result in a fine of $30.00 applied to your student account. For your convenience, payment to your account can be made through MUGSI or at the Cashier's Office in Gilmour Hall, room 209.

In 2006/2007 over 1,000 students did not show for their appointments. This resulted in denying "same day" care for another 1,000 students requesting health care.
