Uninstalling SyncJe on your BlackBerry and Computer

Step 1.

Uninstalling SyncJe on Your BlackBerry, use Option 1 or Option 2 before proceeding with Step 2 and Step 3.

Option 1.
Turn on your Blackberry.

Select Options.

Select Advanced Options.

Select Applications.

Select SyncJe BB.

Press the wheel and select Delete.

Turn off the BlackBerry and turn on again. Proceed with Step 2

 

Option 2.

1. Start the BlackBerry Desktop Manager 4 (or higher) if it’s not running already.


2. Double click the Application Loader Icon to start the Application Loader Wizard.

3. Click Next. If the loader asks for a communication port make sure the BlackBerry is connected to your computer.

4. Select Add… in the Application Selection Dialog, go to the directory where you installed the program (C:\Program Files\Nexthaus Corporation\SyncJe BlackBerry Client) and select the “syncje_bbclient.alx” file.

 

5. You should now see the SyncJe-BB application and several other modules in your list of applications. Click Next to remove the application from your BlackBerry.

6. Click on Finish and then click on Close.

Your BlackBerry will restart after a few minutes. Proceed with Step 2.

 

Step 2.

Removing Calendar Data from the BlackBerry

Turn on your Blackberry.

Select Calendar.

Press the wheel and select View Agenda.

Scroll to the latest date in the Calendar.

Press the wheel and select Delete Prior.

Select Delete to confirm.

You must individually delete the entries for the last day.

Proceed with Step 3

 

Step 3 .

Uninstalling SyncJe version 1.x from your computer

1. Click on Start and select All Programs. Select Nexthaus Corporation, SyncJe BlackBerry Client and select Uninstall SyncJe For BlackBerry.

 

2. Click on Yes.

3. Click on Finish.
