Configuring Incredimail for use with UnivMail

Open IncrediMail and click on Tools in the Menu Bar. Select Accounts.

Click on Add.

Select Let me configure settings myself. Click on Next.

Enter your name and email address. Click on Next.

My incoming mail server type is IMAP

Incoming mail server: univmail.cis.mcmaster.ca

Outgoing mail server: univmail.cis.mcmaster.ca

Click on Next

Click on Finish.

Click on OK.

Select the UnivMail account and click on Properties.

Click on Advanced tab.

Place a check mark beside This server requires a secure connection (SSL)

Change the Outgoing mail (SMTP) number to 465.

Click on OK.

Click on Close.
