Moving Emails from the UnivMail server to Local Folders
in Thunderbird

Start up Mozilla Thunderbird.

Click on Local Folders and then click, File -> New -> Folder. This creates a local folder on your computer.

Type in a name for your local folder. ( for example “Archive”)

Now right click on the message that you want to move, select : Move To -> LocalFolders -> Archive.

Now click : File -> Compact Folders .

Now when you click on your local folder “Archive” you will see the message that you moved.
