Removing a saved password in Netscape Messenger 7.2

Open Netscape Mail & Newsgroups. Click on Tools and go to Manage Stored Passwords, in Password Manager

Select Your MUSS or Univmail Account and Click on Remove. Click on Close.

Click on File and select Exit. The next time you open Netscape Messenger 7.2, you will be prompted to enter a password. You may choose to save the new MAC ID password, however, for security reasons, UTS recommends you do NOT set the program to “Remember password”.
