Printing Oracle Forms

If you are trying to print Oracle form you must use Adobe Reader 5.x to view and print the form.

1. To check what Adobe Reader version you are running please launch it, go to the “Help” menu, click on “About Adobe Reader”. You’ll see the version you’re currently running.

2. Any version other than 5.x of Adobe Reader has to be uninstalled.

3. To uninstall close any open Adobe Reader windows and go to Start =>Settings => Control Panel. Double click on “Add Remove Programs”

4. You’ll see “Currently installed Program” list. Select Adobe Reader and click Remove

5. Click YES to confirm File Deletion.

6. Install Adobe Reader 5.x from Software Depot: http://www.mcmaster.ca/uts/rswelcom.html

Q: I use Adobe Reader 5.x and still cannot print Oracle forms.

A: If you currently have Adobe Reader 5.x installed and is still unable to print your Oracle forms please complete steps 2 through 5 to uninstall and reinstall Adobe Reader version 5.x.
