McMaster Corporate Calendar is a calendar and scheduling software application that can be used to schedule events, resources and tasks with users across McMaster University in order to coordinate meetings at convenient times, as well as receive reminders before scheduled meetings. Palm Handheld devices and McMaster’s Corporate Calendar
Corporate Sync is the program provided by Corporate Calendar which allows communication and updates between Palm Pilots and the Corporate Calendar server. Once installed on the palm unit, this program allows synchronizing of "To Do" lists, events and address books. The Calendar sync client is available at https://caldepot.mcmaster.ca/.

BlackBerry devices and McMaster’s Corporate Calendar
Option 1
Corporate Calendar can be viewed on your BlackBerry device via an HTML Web Browser on your device at https://calendar.mcmaster.ca.

Option 2
Alternatively, Corporate Calendar is available through a sync client for the BlackBerry. The only data synced is 2 weeks past and 2 months forward. For more information, please see Corporate Calendar.

Pocket PC devices McMaster Corporate Calendar
Option 1
There is a Corporate sync program by Corporate Calendar which allows communication and updates between Pocket PC devices and the Corporate Calendar server. Once installed on the pda unit, this program allows synchronizing of "To Do" lists, events and address books. The Calendar sync client is available at https://caldepot.mcmaster.ca/. This is an unsupported application.

Alternatively, if your device has wireless capability, Corporate Calendar can be viewed on your BlackBerry device via an HTML Web Browser on your device at https://calendar.mcmaster.ca.
