Creating Signature files in Outlook 2003 forwith Multiple Accounts Open Outlook. Click on Tools. Select Options. Select the Mail Format tab. Under Signatures, select the account you wish to create a signature file and click on the Signatures… button.
Click on New.
Click on Next.
Enter the necessary information and click on Finish. Click on OK. You may set the newly created signature file for use with Replies and Forwards.
You can create more than one signature file and associate it with different email accounts.
