Synchronizing Outlook 2003 Contacts/Address Book with Blackberry

Open the BlackBerry Desktop Manager.

Set your Blackberry on the cradle properly or attach the appropriate USB cable and you should see the status bar change to connected.

Double click on Intellisync.

Click on Configure PIM.

Check off Address Book and click on Choose.

Select MS Outlook from the list of Available Translators. Click on OK.

Click on OK to close the Translator window. Click on OK to close the configuration window.

Click on Synchronize on the Intellisync window.

A reconciliation dialog box like that shown below may open for your input. Select the appropriate response.
