Setting up a BlackBerry Webclient

If you have lost the documentation provided by the vendor, visit the web address provided by your Carrier.

Telus BlackBerry Internet Service

Click on the Create New Account button.

Review the Terms & Conditions. If you agree, click on I agree.

Enter the PIN and IMEI values from the device. Click on the Continue button.

Enter a username for your BlackBerry email account and enter a good password. Click on Signup.

Choose a username that will become the first part of your Blackberry email address. Click on Next.

Click on OK to close the Congratulations window.

Click on Edit beside the account you just created.

If you want email from your BlackBerry use your McMaster email for Reply-To enter the email address here. Click on Save. Click on Logout to Exit.

Login into the web interface of UnivMail at https://univmail.cis.mcmaster.ca.

Click on Rules.

Check Redirect All Mail to:

Enter your blackberry email address in the box below.

Check Keep a Copy and Preserve To/Cc fields.

Click on Update and logout of the UnivMail web interface.
