Restoring the Blackberry Phone Number if showing as unknown

Step 1
Make a phone call from the Blackberry to verify it is possible to make an outgoing call.

Step 2
Place a call from a different phone to your Blackberry phone number.

Step 3
If successful with step 1 and 2 proceed with steps below otherwise contact the Carriers Technical Support for assistance.

On the Blackberry select Options

Select Advanced Options

Select SIM card

Press the Menu key or Wheel

Select Edit SIM Phone Number

Enter the correct phone number and press enter.
