BlackBerry Corporate Calendar Multiple Entries
During periods of poor signal, loss of signal, cancellation by the user or other technical problems, duplicate entries may occur in the Calendar. Step 1 Print the affected time periods for record keeping. Close your Corporate Calendar on the computer.
Step 2 Go to SyncJE and select Settings Press the wheel or Menu button Select Clear Databases Select Yes to clear all data in Calendar on your Blackberry Select Yes to clear all data in Tasks on your Blackberry Select Close
Step 3 Make corrections to your Calendar. (Make sure designates or anyone you have given your account information is not accessing your calendar at this time.) Close your Corporate Calendar on the computer.
Step 4 Go to SyncJE and select Reset or Force Slow Sync Select Start Sync
