Outlook 2003: Retrieve Message from Backup

Open Outlook.

Click on File in the menu bar and select Backup.

Click on Open Backup

Select Outlook backup.pst and click on Open.

Click on OK

You can now move or copy files as needed.

Closing your Outlook Backup file

Select the Personal File folder and right click.

Select Close “Back up of Personal Folders”
