Transfer of Credit (Between CCE programs)
Diploma to Diploma (different CCE programs)
Unless specified otherwise within the program, students who complete a CCE diploma and wish to pursue a second diploma, may transfer up to twelve units of eligible credit from the first diploma to the second (one course is typically three units). Students may only transfer courses taken at CCE to a second diploma once. If the number of CCE courses being applied to the second diploma equals or exceeds the number of external transfer credits permitted in that program, additional external transfers will not be accepted. In such cases, course substitutions may be permitted, with approval of the Program Manager. Students will be charged a one-time transfer fee of $79.
Diploma to Certificate (different CCE programs)
Unless specified otherwise within the program, students who have completed a CCE diploma and wish to pursue a certificate in a different program, may transfer up to six units of eligible credit to the certificate (one course is typically three units). Students may only transfer courses taken at CCE once. If the number of CCE courses being transferred to the certificate equals or exceeds the number of external transfer credits permitted, additional external transfers will not be accepted.
