After Hours Drop Box
Assignments and CCE correspondence can be placed after office hours in our drop box, located on the 2nd floor, Downtown Centre.
Copicard Info
Copicards enable students to make photocopies or print from the computers. Computers and photocopier are located in The Gathering Place, Downtown Centre and on-campus. Copicards are available from the Administrative Office, Room 221 during regular office hours at a cost of $10.00 per card. Copicards may also be purchased at Titles Bookstores or any of the campus libraries. Additional value may also be added at Titles Bookstore or any of the campus libraries.
Course Locations
For courses held at the Downtown Centre, the room numbers will be posted outside the 2nd floor elevators. For courses held elsewhere, the location and room number will be noted on the confirmation letter issued by the Centre.

Food Services
The Gallery Café is located in the basement of CCE.
The hours are as follows: (Hours are subject to change without notice.)
- September to June, Monday – Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m..
- July and August, Monday – Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m..
Candy and soft drinks are also available in the Gathering Place and at the SubTitles Bookstore

Graduation
Congratulations to the CCE students who have fulfilled all of their certificate/diploma requirements. This year's Graduation Ceremony will be held on Thursday, December 3, 2009 at McMaster University Student Centre, CIBC Banquet Hall, 3rd Floor, 7:00 pm. Please arrive by 6:30 pm. Students will receive notification/invitations in the mail. If you think you should be graduating, but have not received any notification in the mail by October 30, please contact your program manager.

Parking
There are several public parking lots in the area. Rates vary at each lot.
Typical evening rates: from $2.00 to $3.00 (after 6:00 p.m.).

Receipts/Confirmations
Confirmation of certificate or diploma registration will be emailed to all course registrants. It is recommended that you register at least two weeks prior to the start date of a course in order to ensure you receive your confirmation prior to the first class. The confirmation will list course name, date, hours and location. Any inquiries regarding official receipts for payments should be directed to Financial Services (905) 525-9140, x. 24478. Students will be issued an Income Tax Receipt, which will be mailed at the end of February. Under the provisions of the Income Tax Act, a student may claim allowance for tuition fees paid for certificate and diploma courses.
Confirmation of professional/personal development seminar and course registration will be emailed to all students upon receipt of registration. If the Centre is unable to process confirmations prior to the course start date, registrants will be notified by telephone. Under the provisions of the Income Tax Act, there is no allowance for tuition fees paid for professional/personal development seminars or courses.
