Mary Howatt (Hamilton, Ontario, Canada)
With more than 15 years in the technology sector, Mary Howatt has substantial experience with web analytics. Her areas of expertise include search engine applications, online advertising, data mining and online analytics. She has worked on a variety of projects including developing analytics reporting platforms, the development of search engine products for the international market and with a number of text and data mining tools and technologies.
Patrick Mazzotta (Toronto, Ontario, Canada)
Patrick Mazzotta has pioneered many advanced implementation techniques for analytics and business intelligence tools, and has honed his craft for over a decade. He has consulted and worked with a wide spectrum of organizations, from sole proprietorships to several Fortune 500 companies. His work has included reporting, data collection, dashboard design, cross-channel integration, forecasting, data mining, corporate strategy, and many customized software tool development. Patrick joins the Web Analytics Program at McMaster hoping to share his knowledge and passion for data.
