Bruce Garrod
Bruce is a leading Project Management consultant with over 20 years of experience directing multi-million dollar complex projects for a diverse group of corporate clients. He brings project management experience in a wide range of industries, with special expertise in scheduling, cost control and contract management principles of Project Management. Bruce is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a Masters Certificate in Project Management, and is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Tory Salisbury
Tory Salisbury has over 20 years professional experience in project and process management as a Consultant, Coach, Instructor and Project Manager. Industry experience includes clients in the insurance, financial services, telecom, I.T., manufacturing, aerospace, healthcare, engineering and education sectors. Her background also includes instructional systems design, customizing training solutions and developing core competency models for Project Managers.
She has worked with several organizations on their project management maturity, from evaluation of capability, to design and set-up of Project Management Offices (PMO’s). And she delivers a variety of project management, communication and leadership courses to corporate and academic audiences.
Tory is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a Masters Certificate in Project Management, and is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Julianne Jones
Julianne Jones has close to 15 years professional experience in business and information technology management, program and project management development and delivery. Julianne’s expertise is concentrated on Project/Program Delivery Strategy, Agile Project Management Transition, Organizational Change Management, Project Trouble Shooting & Recovery Assessment and Project Management Maturity Development.
She has worked internationally in Canada, U.S.A., India and Europe developing and delivering programs and projects across several industries for global clients including Rogers Communication, TELUS Mobility, Salt-River-Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, Union Gas, Enbridge Gas Distribution, the Royal Bank of Canada, Bank of Montreal, and the Canadian National Defense and Canadian Forces.
Julianne holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, and is both a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). She is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
