Certificate of Completion Requirements
Participants must successfully complete all 6 modules to be awarded a McMaster University Certificate of Completion.
Full attendance and participation is required in order to complete the program. Completion of all module activities, assignments, and a quiz (with a minimum score of 70%) at the end of each module is necessary to complete the program successfully and to receive McMaster University’s Certificate of Completion. Participants will be issued a pass/fail.
There are no exemptions from course work and/or modules. Transfer of credits* from other academic intuitions, workshops or project management training/courses are not accepted.
*Participants who have completed Global Knowledge’s (formerly Nexient Learning) Project Management core courses since November 2009 may apply for an exemption. Up to four exemptions may be granted for McMaster’s Project Management Program.
Elective courses taken with Global Knowledge’s (Nexient Learning) project management program may not be applied to McMaster’s Project Management Program. Custom training workshops in Project Management offered by Global Knowledge (Nexient Learning) are also not eligible as exemptions from McMaster University’s Project Management Program modules.
Participants must contact the Program Manager to request an exemption from a particular module. Approval may not be granted for each request. Proof of successful completion of Global Knowledge’s (Nexient Learning) core courses is required.
