Creativity at work is important. It comes naturally to some and less so to others. Many situations at work demand some level of creativity, such as coming up with new, creative products and features, team brainstorming activities, and even problem solving. But can creativity actually be developed and learned and practiced? Trainers of improvisation (improv) have recognized for years now that developing skills in improv can in fact enhance your creative ability, by introducing some useful rules or guidelines, and allowing the opportunity to practice.
Learn about the magic of improv and appreciate the application of improv techniques in our day-to-day work lives. Be prepared to participate as creative skills require practice.
