Being able to solve problems effectively is more than a valuable skill: problems that arise in the course of operations can be an essential springboard to enhancing creativity and innovation within your organization. Learn how to think critically, identify and assess an array of options, and use these opportunities to explore and expand possibilities.

Participants who successfully complete 5 days of training within the Innovation Essentials Program, including the evaluation components, will be awarded a Certificate of Completion from McMaster University.
