Build upon concepts learned in Creative & Critical Thinking as you facilitate actual problem solving meetings. These skills improve the ongoing productivity of teams as you gain a greater understanding of Simplex and its use in formal and informal situations. The facilitation skills learned also develop a more facilitative leadership style.  - Two days
