Your department’s goals and challenges are unique. There are times when your team may have a learning need that can’t be met through the MVP Professional Development, Computer Training and other professional development programs currently offered through McMaster’s Centre for Continuing Education (CCE).

The Corporate & Custom Training team at CCE can work with you to create or tailor a workshop for your department’s unique needs or to design a custom solution that includes a needs assessment, program delivery and/or evaluation.

MVP workshop topics are often tailored to help departments or work units enhance teamwork, morale and camaraderie, address communication challenges, and refresh skills in areas such as customer service.

Computer software consultation can be arranged with individuals or small groups to troubleshoot a variety of challenges including designing templates, rebuilding databases, creating databases, refreshing skills and knowledge in a targeted, concise manner (saving time from attending half- or full-day sessions).

CCE has a proven track record in supplying the University with large-scale, high-quality custom training programs such as the New Manager Orientation Program and the Certificate in Advanced Leadership & Management. And, we provide smaller programs at the department level as well.
