Putting Technology into Practice
Technology is a critical tool in today’s workplace. The ability to effectively use the latest software helps individuals maximize their productivity and contribution on the job. McMaster’s Computer Training workshops provide participants with in-class hands-on practical experience and expert instruction in a variety of popular software.
A variety of workshops are available in the following software applications:
- Microsoft Office 2010
- Adobe Creative Suite 6
- and other specialty software packages.
The Centre for Continuing Education's computer labs utilize Windows 7 operating system.

Please Note: Enrolment in computer workshops is generally limited to 18 participants. Because classes fill up quickly, students are encouraged to enroll early and are NOT considered enrolled until payment has been received. A minimum of six students is required to run a session.
Custom Training and Consultation Services
The Centre for Continuing Education also provides consultation, one-on-one tutorials and custom group training workshops in Microsoft Office 2003, 2007, 2010 and select other software applications. Contact us today to discuss your unique needs and receive an estimate. Training can be delivered at your organization's location or at the Downtown Centre.
