The Case Management Certificate program was developed in collaboration with McMaster's Faculty of Social Sciences and industry experts to help health and social services professionals perform care coordinator functions in a variety of practice settings.

Gain skills fundamental to client-centered case management; understand industry models, locate case management within health and social service policy frameworks, and more! This program is available entirely online for flexible, convenient study.
