The Case Management program was developed in collaboration with the Faculty of Social Sciences and industry experts to help health and social services professionals perform case management functions in a variety of practice settings.
Program objectives
Gain skills fundamental to client-centered case management; understand the models, locate case management within health and social service policy frameworks, and more. This program is available entirely online for flexible, convenient study!
