Linda Spence is a Senior Human Resources Consultant, with many years of experience in a variety of HR leadership roles.

A gifted consultant, facilitator and trainer, Linda has a unique ability to help organizations align their HR policies and practices with their mission, vision and core values, and to support these efforts through the implementation of current best practices.  Her expertise is in delivering supervisory and management development programs. 

Linda is also the lead facilitator in McMaster University’s successful New Manager Orientation Program.  A graduate of one of Canada's top business schools, Linda combines business savvy, experience in a variety of HR leadership roles, skill as a facilitator and trainer, and her talent as an actor to turn ordinary learning experiences into engaging and memorable adventures.

Peter O’Donnell is a senior consultant with over 30 years experience in leadership and management consulting, both in Canada and abroad. Peter’s focus is on leading organizational and system change, improving organizational productivity, and developing leadership capacity.

An alumnus of McMaster University with BA and Master’s degrees, Peter is also the lead curriculum designer for the University’s New Manager Orientation Program, developed in 2008. A sought after speaker as conferences and meetings, Peter has published numerous articles related to organizational health and leadership. His expertise and passion is in the design and delivery of leadership programs. 

Peter often combines humour, his personal experiences as a senior manager and his extensive knowledge of organizational development theory to strike a perfect balance that informs, challenges and engages participants.
