Inspiring good managers to become great

A great manager is confident, flexible and knows how to deliver results.

Become the best manager that you can be with McMaster’s Advanced Management program. This comprehensive, 4-day program provides invaluable hands-on management training for any professional currently leading a team.

The leadership skills gained from studying Advanced Management can also benefit small to medium-sized business owners. Mastering crucial management practices—from effective communication to strategic planning—will help you successfully operate and grow your business.

Why study Advanced Management at McMaster?

Many management workshops offer quick tips on how to lead a team. McMaster’s Advanced Management program, however, offers an in-depth approach to developing your managerial skills.

You will begin the program by discovering your management style and how to refine your strengths and overcome your weaknesses. Through Day 2 and 3, you will further this knowledge by learning how to facilitate change and inspire your team.

By the end of your training, you will have an entire toolkit of new management strategies for any situation that might arise.

Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a Certificate of Completion in Advanced Management from McMaster University.
