Become the performance-driven manager that leading organizations value. Many professional managers feel they could take their careers and their teams to a higher level by mastering strategic management practices. McMaster University’s Advanced Management Program will help you develop the tools, direction and clarity to become a great manager.
This unique program explores strategic change and people management issues needed to drive high-performance. By exploring four core competencies shared by all great managers, you will gain the skills and knowledge to immediately apply those competencies in your work.
McMaster University’s instructors are experts in adult learning. Your classroom learning is applied to your real-life management challenges so you can develop a performance-driven management plan to ensure that you and your team excel.
This program is delivered through four classroom days and one group work day in Hamilton, Ontario; and includes assessments, a small group case study, and individual advising/coaching.
Successful participants are awarded a Certificate of Completion from McMaster University.
