PrintHealth Information Management Application Procedure

To apply for the September 2013 Health Information Management Program, applicants must submit a completed application package. Applicants should review the detailed admission requirements before submitting the application in order to review what documentation is required.
Missing a pre-requisite course? Consult the Health Information Management and Health Informatics pre-requisite course list for options.
The application package must include the following items:
- Completed application form
- current resume
- official transcripts
- 1 page letter of intent
- $79 non-refundable application fee
*An application will not be reviewed until all required documentation is received. Applicants will be notified directly if additional information or documentation is required by the admission Program Manager.
**Applications must be received by July 15, 2013.
