Education is not ‘one size fits all.’ At McMaster, we understand that your needs are unique and continually changing. That’s why we designed our university-level academic and professional development programs to accommodate diverse schedules, backgrounds and learning styles. And it is precisely this commitment to flexibility and quality that recently earned us another Reader’s Choice Award for Best Adult Education provider in the Hamilton Spectator.

McMaster’s Centre for Continuing Education introduced an unprecedented number of new programs over the past year and a half, many of which are online. The uptake has been overwhelming and resulted in several programs quickly selling out. With participants now coming from across Canada, the United States and abroad, our online classroom experience also provides the opportunity to learn from and with people from more diverse backgrounds than ever. Here are a few examples.

The first is the official launch of our Web Analytics program this past January. Our interactive online program equips marketers, web designers, managers and analysts with the crucial skills that they need to effectively use web analytics systems for business and marketing purposes.

Following the success of the first classes in our Health Informatics and Health Information Management programs, we have launched a new Health Information Systems program to help graduates of accredited health information management programs earn a certificate of completion credential for expanding their
knowledge of health information technology.
